Invar 36 Nickel Alloy
Invar 36 nickel alloy has ultra low expansion coefficient at the temperature range from -250℃ to 200℃. At cryogenic temperatures, especially, Invar alloy 36 can maintain great strength and toughness. This FeNi alloy is suitable for the environment where low expansion factor is highly required such as the production, storage and transportation of liquefied gas.
Classic applications of this nickel alloy are test and control instrument at the service temperature under 200℃, liner of screw connector between metal and other materials, thermometal, etc.
