LM2 Aluminium Plate
Made from commercial LM2 grade of aluminium alloy to BS EN. Aluminium LM2 Plate can be anodically treated to give a protective surface of a dark grey colour. The surfaces of die castings, however, are not generally suitable for decorative anodizing. Aluminium Plate LM2 is an aluminum casting alloy with fair durability, good corrosion resistance, and average strength. It is a good choice for most die cast applications that do not require high corrosion (marine applications).
